X-ray System for Car Wheels
"DDNDT" X-ray inspection System for automobile wheels consists of a high-frequency X-ray generator, image intensifier, and wheel detection dedicated mechanical device, computer image processing system, control device, and lead guard room. The system uses PLC program control, which can quickly and accurately detect the various parts of the wheel if there are any pores, cracks, loose, or other defects.
